This publication provides an overview of the basics of visit-ability as well as some case studies of visit-able homes. It discusses the benefits of accessible housing. It informs us that visit-ability is a design standard that can serve the needs, preferences and abilities of a broad cross-section of society that is currently not served by standard housing designs.
