This booklet presents illustrated ideas for low-cost modifications that are commonly made to rental dwellings. The emphasis is on low cost modifications keeping in mind that most tenants will only occupy the dwelling for a period of time, then move. It focuses on the three areas where most accessibility problems occur: entrances, bathrooms, and kitchens.
