Abstract:

This guide aims to assist applicants to submit good development proposals which meet the needs of the residents of SEPP 5 ( State Environmental Planning Policy No. 5 - Housing for Older People or People with a Disability) housing. It also aims to assist local government to assess SEPP 5 development applications.
