This Guide, by The National Resource Center on Supportive Housing and Home Modification provides an annotated bibliography of articles, web-based resources,assessment tools and audio-visuals. It also includes a list of journals, newsletters, organisations and institutions that can provide information and technical assistance in home modifications. This Guide has been developed to assist agencies and other organisations whose mission is to enhance the ability of older and younger persons with disabilities to remain in their homes and not be institutionalised.
