Abstract:

Harlan Han, a behavioural scientist takes an indepth look at the American Disability Policy. His observations are that disabled people fall into many different and unique categories and that leaving the policy to the bureaucrats falls short of the many and diverse needs that the disabled encounter. Discrimination, social values and the disabled as a minority group are some of the issues addressed by his study.
