Abstract:

This document is the final report of Task 2 of the "Anthropometric Research Review" undertaken by Anthropology Research Project Inc. Under Task 1 an annotated bibliography concerned with the anthropometry of people with disabilities and its applications to the design of facilities, workplaces and equipment was completed. The objective of Task 2 was to assimilate the information gathered in Task1, to identify further anthropometric research needed to update guidelines and standards for accessible design, and to recommend the means of carrying out such studies.
