International Congress on Accessibility

Author: Ratzka, A.
Year: 1994

Abstract:

Dr. Ratzka examines macro solutions to building a barrier-free environment, thus extending human and civil rights to people with disabilities. He makes a few observations on the topic of costs, expected benefits and the politics of accessibility.
