The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website provides useful resources for numerous health related topics, such as diseases and conditions, healthy living, traveler's health, emergency preparedness, etc. The resources are addressed to the public as well as to health professionals.
The wbsite also provides access to the STEADI initiative for fall prevention. STEADI consists of three core elements: Screen, Assess, and Intervene to reduce fall risk by giving older adults tailored interventions.
