The Urban Land Development Authority (ULDA) presents their latest Innovators Forum on: Affordable Accessible Housing In 2009 the ULDA adopted the Accessible Housing Guideline to increase the delivery of accessible housing into the market. Over 100 dwellings are in the process of being delivered in the Bowen Hills, Northshore Hamilton and Fitzgibbon Chase Urban Development Areas. This forum will provides a showcase of accessible dwellings that are being delivered by the private sector into the market and how the delivery of accessible housing by the ULDA can influence delivery by the broader market.
