The Provision of Visitable Housing in Australia: Down to the Detail

Published

In a thought provoking article by Ward and Franz published on the 9th of April 2015, they conclude that "financial incentives for both the builder and the buyer, demonstration by industry leaders and, ultimately, national regulation' required if visitable housing is to become mainstream. They go on to say "that the Australian Government needs to regulate the housing industry through the National Construction Code". The full article entitled 'The Provision of Visitable Housing in Australia: Down to the Detail' can be found in the Journal of Social Inclusion, 2015, Volume 3, Issue 2, Pages 31-43.
