The Department of Health and Aged Care wants to hear from Home Care Package providers and employees, particularly financial officers, care managers and package managers, to better understand their services and prices.
They have developed a survey, intended to help to find ways to cap prices while supporting providers and their businesses. It should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
