Support at Home program price caps to be deferred

Published

Although originally slated to commence on 1 July 2026, th egovernment has announce that the price caps for the Support at Home program are to be deferred for an undetermined amount of time. Price caps for SaH have been a point of contention for service providers and program participants alike, with additional specific concerns about what price caps would mean for marginalised and remote community members who may have greater barriers to accessing services.
