Access the NDIS Funding Transition Process fact fheet for NSW ADHC funded service providers here. The fact sheet is designed to outline to all ADHC funded service providers how the NDIS funding transition process will work.
For providers in the Newcastle Local Government Area (LGA) who are currently going through the NDIS funding transition, this fact sheet summarises the process developed so far.
For other providers this will give you and indication on what is occurring in the launch site. By the time NSW is ready for full launch in 2016 we will have worked through and developed a streamlined process to transition funding arrangements to the NDIS.
