Senate recomends establishment of a new funding framework for home modifications

As one of the eight recomendations in the report from the Senate Inquiry into the transition of the Commonwealth Home Support Program to the Support at Home Program, the committee "recomends the Australian Government abolish the $15,000 lifetime cap on home modifications, and establish a new funding framework for home modifications that is more responsive to individual needs and circumstances".
