Review of algorithm based integrated assessment tool (IAT) annouced

The algorithm based tool used to assess eligability for Support at Home, known as the Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT) is under review after wider community criticism, and concerns around urgent unmeet needs and long wait times for approvals and service provision.
