A reminder for deadlines related to Home Care Package services (HCP).
By 30 November - outstanding claims for Home Care Package services delivered to 31 October. (Aged Care Provider Portal) Report any provider-held HCP Commonwealth unspent funds in the final claim.
Between 1 and 30 January 2026 - providers must update prices for services during the transition away from Home Care Packages Program and the Short-Term Restorative Care Program. (Calculate common prices over the previous two-month reporting period, with reviewed prices every two months for each specific reporting period.) (Use My Aged Care Services and Support Portal within 30 days to update any changes to prices.)
February 2026 - data collection for the Assistive Technology and Home Modifications scheme.
