Adding extra information to your My Aged Care profile summary is an excellent way to improve your provider profile.
There may be users who are interested in finding out more about your organisation but aren’t ready to contact you yet. Providing a website address and attaching a brochure or pamphlet will give them another way to do this. It helps them consider their options. If they choose to save or keep the material, it serves as a reminder of your organisation.
When you check your profile to see if it is current, do the same for your supporting information.
