Notice of system unavailability Aged Care Gateway (ACG) and Government Provider Management System (GPMS)

The Department of  Health, Disability and Ageing have notified of  System unavailability for the  Aged Care Gateway (ACG) and Government Provider Management System (GPMS).

The following is an extract from their notification email:

"

ACG 

Scheduled maintenance

FROM: *10:15 pm (AEST) Friday 26 June 2026

TO:        *6:00am (AEST) Monday 29 June 2026

Please note 

During these times the following ACG services will be unavailable:    

  • Client Online Account 
  • Assessor Portal 
  • Service and Support Portal 
  • Hospital Portal
  • Contact Centre Portal

  • Aged Care Assessor App (unable to upload, download or support new user
    activation)

  • My Aged Care Website Tools (Apply for an assessment & make a referral

Action required 

Please ensure you are logged out of all impacted systems 15 minutes before the scheduled maintenance period commences. 

  GPMS

Scheduled maintenance

FROM: *10:15 pm (AEST) Thursday 25 June 2026

TO:        *6:00am (AEST) Monday 29 June 2026

Please note 

During these times the following GPMS portals will be unavailable:    

  • Registered Provider Portal
  • Approved Provider Portal

Action required 

Please ensure you are logged out of all impacted systems 15 minutes before the scheduled maintenance period commences.

Serious Incident Response Scheme

Registered providers who need to submit a Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) notice during the scheduled maintenance period to meet their reporting deadline should download and complete the SIRS Smart Formusing a PDF reader application and submit the form to .


The previous SIRS manual form is no longer accepted and registered providers must complete the SIRS smart form.

 

If you cannot submit a SIRS notice via email, please contact the Commission on 1800 081 549.
