New ‘user-friendly’ NDIS website

Published

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has launched a new National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) website following community feedback that will make the website easier to access on mobile devices. Other new user-friendly design features include a simplified participant pathway, improved search functions for information sessions and roll out details, new inbuilt accessibility features and a clearer layout for key NDIS processes.

Social Services Minister, Paul Fletcher, said consultation with participants, families, carers, providers and sector representatives had been vital to the development and testing of the new website.

The NDIA is committed to continually improving the website and reviewing information online to ensure content is clear and concise, with additional functionality expected to be released in the coming months, Social Services Assistant Minister, Sarah Henderson said.

Please visit the website for more details.
