"Transfer Connect is a new support service for disability accommodation in New South Wales. It is tailored for people who receive Family and Community Services (FACS) specialist disability services that are being transferred to non-government providers.
The service is administered by Mission Australia on behalf of FACS, and delivered across NSW, including regional and remote areas. It is available to those currently living in FACS operated group homes in NSW and provides an avenue for them to raise questions or concerns about their own situation in the transfer process.
People can access information either by calling a toll free number or arranging a face-to-face meeting. Translator and interpreter services are also available on request."
