New Factsheet: Support at Home program – Assistive technology and home modifications (AT-HM) scheme

Ahead of the 1 November 2025 changes, a factsheet for the Support at Home (SaH) program – Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM) scheme has been released by the Australian government. The AT-HM scheme within the SaH program will provide products and equiptment based on assessed needs. This may include equipment (for example wheelchair), and home modifications (ramp or shower rail) dependant on each individuals assessed needs. The factsheet outlines funding tiers and participant contributions.
