NDS Productivity Tool 2012/2013 summary report now available.

With the transition to the NDIS fast approaching, now is an opportune time to ensure your organisation is running as efficiently as possible. Organisations that have entered their own back-of-house costs into the NDS Productivity Tool will be able to customise and individualise benchmarking reports and identify areas where efficiencies can be made.

The NDS Productivity Tool 2012/2013 Summary Report examines the spending patterns of disability service organisations on their back-of-house costs. The report is available for free to download. The tool and report addresses back-of-house organisation costs across 7 business functions:

• Finance
• Human Resources
• Facilities
• Fleet
• Information, Communications Technology
• Administration
• Payroll

Data is then analysed against organisation size (small, medium, large) and location (metropolitan, regional).

To generate your individualised benchmarking reports go to the NDS Productivity Tool website and enter your back-of-house costs. Data entry is now open and will close on 10 April 2015.
