NDIS participants not affected by SDA fraud allegations

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has reassured participants and their families that two companies reported in relation to alleged fraud and forgery, are not eligible for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding.

LBA Capital and Living Bright Australia have no enrolled SDA dwellings, and as such, have not and cannot receive any NDIS SDA funding and no NDIS participant has been affected.

According to the agency there is a range of processes in place to ensure those with interests and ability to access appropriate housing are protected.
