National Disability Insurance Agency staff have joined the Department of Human Services Mobile Service Centres and Mobile Service Teams deployed across New South Wales and Victoria with locations listed on the NDIS website.
NDIA staff will be available to discuss any additional support needs with participants, their families and carers and is able to support participants once people are out of immediate danger.
NDIA contact centre staff have been provided with information and advice on how to escalate any enquiries about participants impacted by bushfires. For information PH: 1800 800 110.
