As you are aware, the Clearinghouse is in the midst of a website upgrade and as a result there have been some technical problems.
Over the last weekend the mail module in our website malfunctioned, resulting in multiple emails being sent on the one topic. Please accept our apologies for this.
It is being repaired and hopefully will be back to normal soon.
