Making homes more dementia-friendly

Over the months of August and September The Dementia Centre's latest publication, 10 Helpful hints for dementia design at home, has been launched across Australia by HammondCare’s Dementia Centre in association with Alzheimer’s Australia.
 
“A great deal can be done in a person’s home to make them more independent. Many of the changes don’t cost any money, yet can make such a difference to a person living with dementia,” said Director of The Dementia Centre and co-author of the book, Colm Cunningham.
