Lack of Support at Home data highlighted during Senate Estimates

In addition to questions about people's concerns and confusion about expected self contribution towards aged care cost, queries about the lack of record keeping related to people rejecting services because they can no longer afford them under the new rules have been raised during Senate Estimates. This is just one of the examples of how the lack of data, and the lack of effective analysis and communication of existing data related to the SaH program has been highlighted during the Estimates.
