Mark your calendar for this one day event hosted by Aged & Community Services NSW & ACT.We will explore the quality journey - where we have come from and what we have learnt, what is currently underway in this area and where the future might lead us. This event will feature presentations from representatives of the Department of Health’s Quality Reform Branch, the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency and notable researchers in this field.The final report of the Australian Community Care Outcomes Measure (ACCOM) Project will be launched at this symposium as will the most recent ACSA Position Paper on Quality.This event will be of interest to all levels of staff and management, in both community and residential services.
