Getting advice from OTs, to a call out for more NDIS support staff, here is a brief run-through to help the disability sector through COVID-19.
Following the Federal Government’s announcement that the telehealth service is accessible to everyone, people with disability are now able to consult with their occupational therapist either over the phone or through video conferencing services like FaceTime, Zoom or WhatsApp. The appointments can be bulk-billed, as part of a government funding boost to help protect against coronavirus.
