CHSP Board Briefing: Aged Care Reforms

Keep up-to-date with the aged care reform agenda and what it means for your organisation. 

Following the 2023 Federal Budget, this free online briefing delivered by Enkindle Consulting will offer a concise overview of the aged care reforms for CHSP governing body members.

This session seeks to ensure that CHSP boards and Committees of Management understand, and are prepared for, the expected changes on 1 July 2024. 

Facilitated by experienced CEO and Enkindle Consulting board member, Jennene Buckley, and aged care and workforce specialist, Tash Edwards, this session will: 

  • Unpack information on the aged care reforms and what we know that is likely to impact on CHSP providers;
  • Examine the new provider governance structure and requirements for CHSP boards;
  • Look at the role of governing boards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards;
  • Consider strategies for transformation; and
  • Allow a chance to ask questions.
