The Centre for Housing Research, Aotearoa New Zealand (CHRANZ) is pleased to provide you with a copy of the CHRANZ commissioned research report Housing and Disability: Future Proofing New Zealand's Housing Stock for an Inclusive Society undertaken by the Centre for Research Evaluation and Social Assessment (Kay-Saville Smith and Ruth Fraser), Public Policy and Research (Dr Bev James) and Auckland Disability Resource Centre (Bernadette Ryan and Sarah Travaglia).

This research aims to assist the housing and disability sectors to effectively optimise housing access for the growing numbers of people who will be managing severe or moderate disability over the next twenty-five years. The project was jointly funded by CHRANZ and the Office for Disability Issues.
