The National Disability Services has announced improvements to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) myplace participant portal. Providers now have a new dashboard listing of the participants they support with shortcuts to view their plan, subject to consent from the participant, to create and view service bookings, and to create payment requests.
The Provider Portal step-by-step guide has been updated to include information about how to accept or reject a new service booking or change a service booking. A Self-Help Guide: myplace Provider Portal System Messages and Error Codes provides guidance on what to do when a system message or error code is displayed.
