This is an online workshop focused on what a business needs to navigate Support at Home, including: organisational design, governance arrangements, fit-for-purpose technology and information flows that support accurate claiming and reliable reconciliation, as well as doccumentation processes for intake, assessment, scheduling, service delivery, billing and review, and financial planning related to unit costs, pricing, margins, cash flow and viability under Support at Home funding.
