Assistive Technologies in the home

Published

HMinfo is seeking volunteer research participants to be a part of our national study. You are invited as you’re part of our supporting NGO partner databse. We want to learn about the impacts of new and emerging assistive technologies in the home.

Why take part?

This national study is funded by the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute. Your participation will help us to understand the potential benefits of smart home technologies and barriers in procurement. Our results have the potential to inform policy developments.

What is involved in the study?

This study is a 15 minute online survey.

Are you eligible?

You are eligible if you:
● have assistive device(s) at home that uses smart technology such as Google Home, Amazon Alexa or similar;
● are 18+ or a guardian can complete the survey for you.
● have a disability, age or non-age related.

Need more information about the survey? Contact us via email - HMinfo@unsw.edu.au or phone 1800 305 486.
