Active Ageing Conference 2015: Wellness, Reablement & Restorative Care in the Community

The Active Ageing Conference 2015 is a one-day conference and series of workshops to share the latest evidence on wellness, reablement and restorative care, and to equip community care providers with strategies to meet their new requirements.

Hosted by Australian Ageing Agenda and Community Care Review, the conference will bring together community care providers experienced in wellness, reablement and restorative care to discuss their experiences and share the lessons learned.

Experts will outline the latest research on these approaches so community care providers can implement evidence-based programs, while a series of engaging workshops will support delegates in adopting these strategies for their own organisations.

This conference explores what are wellness, reablement and restorative care? How did the philosophies evolve? And what do the new requirements under CHSP and CDC mean for providers?
