OUR GOAL IS TO TRANSFER CRITICALLY USEFUL INFORMATION TO PEOPLE WHO NEED IT THE MOST

Conference organizers are committed to liberating the practice of Universal Design - distinct from ADA compliance - extending beyond built environment concerns, and unleashing them into the wilds of many other design-driven disciplines. Our goal is to equip a wide range of people to incorporate universal design and innovation-driven strategies into all aspects of housing, education, community planning, technical and non-technical product/program development, to improve how we "live and learn." Conference organizers are reaching out to an unprecedented mix of people with wide ranging design, building, education, planning, user experience (UX), and economic/community development and expertise to create a live-action design conference that makes UD and innovation-economy development habit forming, contagious and everyday household terms.
