The Future of Home & Community Care Conference

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) is set to take effect from July 1st 2015. With both CHSP and home care models being implemented, aged care providers must develop strategies to ensure clients receive the best quality of care and they remain viable in a competitive market.
