Proposed Asia-Pacific Regional Disability Rights Tribunal

There is a proposal underway for the establishment of a Disability Rights Tribunal with jurisdiction in the Asia-Pacific. Yoshikazu Ikehara is one of the drivers of this proposal and to date has presented in Japan, Korea, Thailand and Cambodia.

This is an important opportunity to participate in the discussion around administration of the CRPD in the Asia-Pacific and the establishing a mechanism to  improve and maintain standards of disability rights across the region.
