Inclusive OT runs a new series of CAD Labs being held at their HQ in Sydney. These interactive workshops are designed to teach you the skills needed to design and present professional drawings for the purpose of communicating clearly with builders, home modifications providers, clients and funding bodies.
OTDraw is the ultimate drawing program for OT’s, designed by OT’s to allow a simple way to draw to scale with ease. This 3 -hour workshop will cover OTDraw essentials, including:-
Bathroom grab rails
Handrails for steps, stairs and paths or hallways
Platform steps
1:10 step ramps
1:14 ramps with landings
Bathroom floor plans & elevations
Participants will learn how to produce each of the above diagrams, and present them with the corresponding scopes of work using a structured template. Participants will receive a complimentary temporary OTDraw license when they register to this workshop, but will need to bring their own laptops on the day.
Please note that OTDraw is not compatible with MAC. This workshop is designed for OT’s and also suitable for OT students.
Inclusive OT is running a Covid-safe event, and will be requiring participants to provide a negative RAT or recent PCR notice to participate in the session. A complimentary RAT kit will be made available to all participants.
