NDS Boards Summit 2018

NDS announced that the NDS Boards Summit will be held on 2 June 2018 in Melbourne. The summit is a unique opportunity to unite with other leaders in the sector, share knowledge and learn together.

As the NDIS rolls out, the operating environment for disability service organisations is changing dramatically. Boards are at the forefront of this reform. How they navigate the new environment and lead change in their organisations is crucial to success. With the pace and complexity of change, it is important for board members and organisational leaders to explore multiple perspectives, share knowledge and reflect on priorities for their organisations. 

The NDS Boards Summit will provide valuable information and strategic advice from leaders and influencers on a range of topics, including business excellence, strategies for emerging challenges and how to prepare your organisation for the changing environment.

This year’s summit will take an action learning approach, providing the opportunity to reflect on experiences, identify insights and plan for how they can be embedded into organisational strategies and business plans. NDS encourages multiple people from each organisation to attend the summit to get the most from this approach.
