The National HACC Conference 2011 will provide an important opportunity for HACC service providers from across Australia to come together to celebrate the achievements of the HACC Program, including showcasing best practice arrangements in the HACC Program.The timing of the Conference is significant given 2010-2011 marks the 25th anniversary of the beginning of the HACC Program. The Conference will also address HACC into the future.Service providers can use the Expression of Interest to indicate their wish to attend (registration is complimentary for those approved to attend). All attempts will be made to accommodate those interested in attending the Conference.Final number of attendees will be determined by the capacity of the venue and equitable representation across Australia.Priority will be given to HACC service providers.The conference is hosted by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing with the State and Territory Governments.This event will be held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.The speaking program will have a mixture of plenary/keynote and concurrent sessions.
