Stunning Art Exhibition, Silent Disco and great food is brought together by The City of West Torrens in conjunction with the Outsiders Festival and Community Bridging Services to celebrate IDPWD. This year the presence of the Indonesian mouth painting artist Faisal Rusdi among the Australian artists which are clients, staff and friends of CBS Inc and The Outsiders Festival, is extending the celebration to an Indonesian-Australian venture, demonstrating the cohesion and friendship of artists and PWD beyond geographical or cultural borders.
