The Modular Cottage is an exciting innovation which harnesses the efficiencies and quality control of off-site construction. Benefits include a fast turnaround and minimisation of the impact of construction on a live site. It opens up opportunities for development in rural locations whilst consistently implementing dementia specific design features.
This is an opportunity to see HC’s first utilisation of off-site construction for a whole building – supporting our household model of care.
