An Information Session as a Guide to NDIS

The session will cover the following:

Module 1 - Guide to NDIS

• What is it?
• When will it be available?
• How will it work?

Module 2 - Access

• Who is it for?
• Will I be eligible?
• How do I access it?

Module 3 - Planning

• How do I obtain related benefits?
• What do I want to achieve?

Module 4 - Supports

• Do I need to set goals?
• How do I obtain support to meet those goals?

Module 5 - Managing YOUR plan

• How do I manage my plan?
• Who organizes it?
• How is it funded?

Handouts will be provided covering content presented at the session.

Each session will run for approxi-mately two hours from 6pm to 8pm and will be facilitated by members of our experienced team including neuropsychologists, occupational therapists & case managers.
