Don't miss a wonderful opportunity to hear from Hans Becker of the Humanitas Foundation, who inspired The Benevolent Society's - Apartments for Life project, planned for Bondi, NSW.
Hans and Humanitas have built a thriving network of apartment complexes for older people in the Netherlands, based on the aim of 'happiness' and being 'the boss of your own life'.
Hans will be in Sydney to present a one day Leadership Workshop Friday 10 June, and I have attached a draft program and registration brochure.
His speaking tour is being organised by AgeingAsia, based in Singapore, and The Benevolent Society is a partner for the Sydney workshop.
Book by 30 April to be eligible for the special rate of AU$525. From 1 May on, that rate will only be available to members of Aged & Community Services Australia or Retirement Villages Australia.
This is a great opportunity to find out more about how the Humanitas model works, and how it can be applied in Australia.
