The NSW Falls Prevention Network is a network of health professionals with over 600 members involved in falls prevention in the acute, sub-acute, community and residential aged care sectors. This network is supported by the NSW Department of Health and the Clinical Excellence Commission and is an integral component of the NSW Falls Prevention Program.
We are looking forward to a great day and are expecting 200 delegates at this meeting coming from the acute, community and residential aged care settings.
