Hunter Home Modifications provides subsidised home modifcations, home maintenance and occupational therapy services to eligible clients under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.

Full cost services are offered to self- funded retirees, NDIS, HCP and DVA participants and the commercial and public construction sectors at a competitive and affordable rate.

The core philosophy at Hunter Home Modifications (HHM) is based upon the principle of ‘Wellness and Reablement’.

HHM is committed to playing an enabling role in our clients lives. We aim to allow our clients to remain safe and independent in their own home, to access mainstream opportunities and activities in the community, and to enjoy a quality of life from which they may otherwise be excluded.
