I bring over 30 years of hands-on experience across both commercial and residential construction. I spent 10 years in the commercial sector, starting in estimating and progressing into on-site project management, where I worked closely with contract administrators, architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams including foremen, labourers, and suppliers.Between 1998 and 2008, I was involved in major projects across Sydney and beyond, including Walsh Bay, Sydney Olympic Park, University of Sydney, University of New South Wales, and the ASIO building in Canberra. These projects shaped the way I approach construction today — with structure, accountability, and attention to detail. After stepping away from large-scale commercial work, I moved into buying, renovating, and selling my own properties. Today I run TrueForm Renovations, we work closely with homeowners and developers across Sydney delivering:- New homes- Home and apartment renovations- Medium-scale projects (including a 13-unit renovation completed in 3 months in Camperdown)- Commercial fit-outsWhat sets us apart is not just the quality of the end result — it’s the process behind it.We focus heavily on:- Clear, fixed pricing- Structured project management- Consistent communication- Clean, organised sites- Delivering on what was promisedWe’re a family-run business, and we treat every project with the same level of care, accountability, and long-term thinking.
