Intervention Particulars

Remove: Bath & Basin.

Toilet Strip: Wall lining.

Carpentry: Supply & sheet walls with approved wet area sheeting, supply & install necessary framework to complete job, supply & install approved shaving cabinet, supply & install towel rail, supply & install shower curtain rail, supply & install 3 grabrails, and remove window & sheet over both sides.

Plumbing/Drainage: Extend/alter as necessary existing drainage, sanitary plumbing, S/F HWS gas model 1753 hot shot 90l external (LHS of house), S/F sliding hand shower & rail fix at lower level, S/F lever taps standard, S/F hand basin, white ceramic wall hung, S/F toilet pan & dual flush cistern with seat & roll holder, S/F standard rose at normal level.

Electrical: Supply & install GPO located in shaving cabinet, renew exhaust fan and connect to light switch.

Tiling: No hob shower, supply & fix approved tiles to 1800mm in shower area, supply & Fix approved tiles to 1350 to rest of bathroom, supply & Fix approved non-slip floor tiles 50 x 50 mm, supply & fix soap holder Flashing: supply & install approved wet area flashing which is to be returned 150mm up walls & wall junction to 1800mm, supply & install approved waterproofing system to floor area prior to tiling.
