Uniting Home Maintenance and Modification Sydney Metro (UHMMSM), operating since 1987, provides affordable and cost effective modifications and maintenance services (including gardening and lawn mowing) to people who are frail aged, people with disabilities of all ages and the carers of these two groups, who live in their own home or in private rental accommodation. These services allow people to remain living independently in their own homes longer.
